At Grand Rising Exteriors, we value clear communication. This page provides detailed information regarding Grand Rising Exteriors’ current promotions, including applicable terms, conditions, and eligibility requirements. We believe in transparency and encourage all customers to review this information prior to scheduling or entering into an agreement.

The January 2026 Repair Promotion is offered by Grand Rising Exteriors and is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Promotion Period
   This promotion is valid only for projects with a signed contract and initial deposit received between January 1, 2026 and January 31, 2026. Project eligibility is determined by the date of the first payment or deposit, not the date of inquiry, inspection, or estimate.

2. Offer Details
   The promotion provides $100 off qualifying repair services over $599. This offer applies to repair work only. Insurance claims are excluded. This promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts, incentives, or offers.

3. Contract Requirement
   A written contract must be fully executed and a deposit made during the promotional period for the offer to be valid. Estimates, verbal approvals, or unsigned documents do not constitute acceptance of the promotion.

4. No Warranties on Repair Work
   Repair services performed under this promotion are provided without warranties, express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, workmanship warranties or manufacturer warranties unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Owner Responsibilities & Additional Costs
   Any permits, inspections, laboratory reports, material testing (including but not limited to ITEL or RLS), or third-party requirements necessary during the project are the responsibility of the property owner and are not included unless explicitly stated in writing.

6. Documentation of Changes
   All fees, costs, scope changes, additions, or deductions must be documented in writing and approved by all parties. Oral agreements, verbal representations, or informal communications are not valid and will not be honored.

7. General Conditions
   Grand Rising Exteriors reserves the right to modify or discontinue this promotion at any time, to the extent permitted by law. Void where prohibited.
